About

Since the summer of 2000, the Pebble Creek Piranhas have been a part of the Greater Richmond Aquatic League. Comprised of approximately 140 children ages 18 and under, the team swims six meets during the summer, with three of the meets being held at the Pebble Creek pool. A swim team is unique in that everyone participates and everyone is a winner. No prior experience is required, but we do request that team members can swim at least the length of the pool. Lots of food, fun, and community spirit can be found at the meets generally held on Wednesdays in June and July. The non-profit team is funded and organized by people in this community with help from corporate sponsors. Even neighbors without children on the team participate regularly in the many volunteer opportunities. If you want to get involved, meet new people in your neighborhood, or simply watch these exciting recreational sporting events, please email info@pebblcreekswimteam.com. Come wearing blue and orange to support the Pebble Creek Piranhas!
